By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is available to users of all ages.
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that you have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service. A parent or legal guardian is responsible for the minor's use of the Service and compliance with these terms. Harbor does not independently verify age or parental consent and disclaims responsibility for unauthorized use by minors.
Harbor provides tools to create, store, exchange, and manage digital contact information and connections.
Harbor does not verify, endorse, guarantee, or validate any user, information, identity, or content.
The Service is provided for informational and convenience purposes only.
Harbor does not provide:
You agree that any reliance on information obtained through the Service is entirely at your own risk.

Harbor is not responsible for disputes, damages, losses, or harm resulting from user interactions.
You retain ownership of any content you submit ("User Content").
By using the Service, you grant Harbor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, transmit, and process User Content solely for operating and improving the Service.

Harbor may integrate or link to third-party services (e.g., Google, Apple, APIs). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, content, security, availability, or policies. Your use of third-party services is governed solely by their terms.
Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Harbor does not guarantee uptime availability, accuracy, security, or error-free operation.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HARBOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, SECURITY.
WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: IN NO EVENT SHALL HARBOR, ITS FOUNDERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY: INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL, PERSONAL OR PROFESSIONAL LOSSES, RELIANCE-BASED DAMAGES.
EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TOTAL LIABILITY, FOR ANY CLAIM WHATSOEVER, SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO HARBOR IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration, not in court. You waive any right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative proceedings.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
